Pacific Bluffs Townhomes, San Diego, CA. To the left you can see the playground at Pacific Bluffs HOA in San Diego. Shown is the rather complex slide tower structure that was botched by the original, incompetent contractor. We received a call from the play equipment manufacturer requesting an evaluation and repair. We were able to rebuild it to the manufacturer's specifications saving the HOA thousands of dollars. If you are not familiar with these playsets, assembly could require two days, or more of your time. Our installers had this wooden swing set assembled in half a day and it was immediately ready for play. Also note, the rubber-chips fall-surface ordered by the customer and instaled by Topline Services. A protective fall surface is required in all 50 states for "public" playgrounds and it's a great idea for your backyard playground too. Protect your kids from nasty spills. Consider including a rubber chip fall surface to your play area.

This type of playground usually takes about 2 to 3 weeks from ground breaking to ribbon cutting. Construction is well underway. In this photo you can see the concrete footings being set on both the climber/slide structure. The footings for the swing frame have already been set. At this point we're almost ready for the roof caps and the fall surface. State laws require a fall surface of deep sand, wood chips, rubber chips or rubber matting for all commerical or "public" playgrounds.
